Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable processing charges.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for unused nights.
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may involve additional charges or revised pricing.
Refund and cancellation terms for group bookings may vary. Please refer to your agreement or contact our team for details.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, we reserve the right to offer alternative solutions instead of refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method and banking institution.
